Not in EDT? Convert your time zone first

Our booking system runs on EDT. When making your booking, please convert the local time you want your chat to be in to EDT. The current time is:

Book a 40 minute text-only live Chat with the scientists using the form on this page.

  • Make sure you are logged in
  • If you haven’t created your class from your dashboard, you need to do that first.
  • Remember you don’t have to be in EDT time zone but you will have to convert your time, as all chats take place in EDT.
  • Select your Zone and the class you want to book for
  • Live Chats must be booked with at least 24 hours notice (this allows the scientists enough time to sign up)
  • After booking, you’ll get a confirmation email with next steps
  • If you’re confused and want to chat send us an email at support@imascientist.us or call us at 1 (800) 832-1259.

Go to your Dashboard to:

  • See all your live Chat bookings
  • See which scientists have signed up for your Chats (if no one is available, we’ll be in touch with you to rearrange)
  • Cancel and rearrange bookings

Scientists

Use this list to find all available Chats for your Zone – you can go to any of them. If you can’t see a booking on your Dashboard, it means enough scientists have signed up to take part.
